"from the moment you walk through the front door of JAG you are greeting and treated like family. I would highly recommend this establishment as they are professional, staff makes you feel better with good conversation and laughter and that you can accomplish your goals."
"Everyone - from reception to PTs - this place is great. Professional courteous service. Great job,"
"I highly recommend Physical therapy at jag one in Rockaway. Staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. It’s a very professional environment while as enjoyable as PT can be."
"Let me start by saying that they helped me recover. I loved the downstairs reception personnel. Very efficient, easy to make appointments, flexible and friendly. Facilities were clean and spacious. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My only negative about JAG One is the lack of consistency in therapists. They seem to use many students and PTA's but have only 1 onsite licensed PT. I know a student ready to take his/her licensing exam can do evaluations under the supervision of a licensed PT and can draw up treatment plans and PTA's can certainly treat, what I disliked was that once you start working with a therapist, that trust and rapport is important, especially in the beginning when you are in pain and need support and encouragement. I started working with a therapist (not licensed yet) and he was great and had a good knowledge base and I made gains. But suddenly after 5 weeks, he was gone and you are passed off onto someone else who never evaluated you and who you really didn't have that client/therapist relationship with. . It was an overall good experience and well managed but the lack of licensed therapists and the quick turnover of students/therapists is problematic."
"I’m happy to say that from time you walk through the door to the the time you finish pt it’s a positive experience. The receptionists are very accommodating and all of the PT assistants are kind and helpful as well. Jake is my main therapist and does so much to constantly switch things up and challenge my abilities. My orthopedic doctor was impressed with my accomplishments . He’s a great therapist .Evan has also been wonderful as well. I think why this facility deserves 5 stars is also the teamwork. It’s so nice to see how well they work together while treating patients with compassion."
