"I have been to several PT offices in my life, but have now found the BEST of the BEST! I went to PKL after having an intricate cervical spine surgery. Parsa, Koss, and Christa, the PT’s are truly amazing! They form a relationship with you and are totally committed to making you well again. After initial examination, a treatment plan is formulated for you! The team, the PT assistants(all of you!), are so special! They work with you, watch you, guide you through your exercises and treatment on a personal level! They care that you are doing your exercises correctly and listen to your concerns, as the therapists do! In addition to the exercises, the therapists also spend time with you, and incorporate a massage into your session, to work on your problem area and help relieve pain and discomfort. Caitlin at the front desk is awesome, sweet and kind, accommodating appointments for you in every way! I go to the Plainview office, a beautiful new facility, bright and cheery, and such a convenient location! So….. I must thank you all, as I still continue my treatment!….An incredible team!!!! "The first time I enlisted the help of PKL and the physical therapy staff was back in September 2021. Prior to this I had used various physical therapy offices, but none provided the sustained relief that I've had at the direction of Parsa, Koz and the rest of the staff. At this point in my life, I have had to turn to physical therapy to provide relief, increase mobility and to regain strength due to a number of orthopedic problems. Each series of visits begins with a thorough physical examination of the problem. The thing that I'd say is most impressive is the questions the therapist will ask and the attention to the response that is given. From there an individualized program is developed. I can honestly say that the staff is genuinely concerned with your progression and treats you with respect and patience. My most recent sessions were in the Fall of '23. The transition to the new space in Plainview was seamless and therapy continued without a concern. The new office is beautifully set up and the same dedicated care remains!"
