"This place is so disgraceful. My doctor office sent prescription for the blood work almost week ago and when I walked in this morning, i was abruptly told that they never received prescription. I called doctor office when I was in this quest potato shop and my doctor office said they are faxing when we were on the phone. Quest keep saying that they are not getting it. Quest keep playing this drama for more than hour and finally I ended up driving to doctor office and pick up hard copy of the prescription to get my daughter blood work done as she was fasting since this morning. This whole procedure should not be more that 15 worth of work which quest made it as two hours show. I will never use this place as bunch of incompetents are running the place. If USA allow potato shop to draw the blood and get it tested, I have confidence that they will do better job than Quest. Community in the Plainview and surrounding should avoid this place and that's the only way you can make them to work for you and eliminate their khakhiness."

"Quick, professional and clean. Check in process and wait time was swift. My phlebotomist was professional and general area of the lab was spotless and orderly. Staff respectful and courteous."

"Most labs are hit or miss as for your "experience". I am writing about QUEST. I have had 3 or 4 incidents in the past 6 years where the code for a regular anual bloodtest were entered incorrectly. I have gotten NOWHERE with Quest when I attempt to solve it. Apparently neither does my insurannce company. I have found myself in Collections for the 4th time due to them entering a "wrong code" yet they don't correct it. Is this a coincidence? I think not as I have heard quite a few other people voice the same complaint. GO ELSEWHERE. Quest is corrupt or ineffecient and definately incapable of correcting their own mistakes."

"My visit was an pretty good experience, but they heavily rely on online appointments and an in house kiosk for self check-in ( there is no other way to checkin). For this reason, here is no one at the front desk to ask questions for get some guidance from, so it took some time to get a staff member to stop and ask my question. But they were very helpful and kind once I was able to ask and during my appointment. I'd recommend making an appointment online for the best and fastest experience. Quest seems to be designed to function best this way."

"I’m not among those who look forward to lab work, but when I need to, this Quest location makes it the least painful experience for me. So far I’ve only done walk-ins, usually around their early opening hours of 6am. This lets me go in and about my workday without a hiccup. Registration is quick through the kiosk. Waiting room has been made into reduced capacity by leaving alternating chairs empty. Sanitizers abundant. Option to wait in the car available from the kiosk. I have found staff to be polite, efficient, skilled. I’ve been here for routine bloodwork, and have found the ordeal to be quicker and less painful at good labs like this one (over, say, most doctors’ offices)"
