"After having issues with a SiteMD phone rep, I drove to the office to arrange an appointment with my regular doctor. . The front desk was extremely polite & helpful. My regular doctor was not in, however, if I could wait a little bit, Dr. Cohen would see me today. A very nice technician did some tests while I waited. Dr. Cohen was very kind to address my problem immediately and very thorough."

"The staff and my dr is great. However, this place is always PACKED. I feel like a cow moving through the field. They have a new set up which is fine I’m sure. More room for the very large equipment. Nobody but Eileen a tech said or explained anything. Now, I’ve been here for years so I knew what was coming and it was never anything special particularly. But now we got all new digs … and my dr who I recommended to others said “thanks no thanks”. I’m disappointed. Dr. you got your wait time down by having 2 feet out the door saying see you next year and I asked nothing I was going to. And I know you were trying to get that down from my years of being your patient. And that lady you always have with you stinks. She’s nasty."
