"One star isn’t low enough. Wish we could do negative 5!: I went to urgent care with my husband and was told he had an upper respiratory infection. We explained that he recently had Covid. Called the next day because he had 103 fever. They told me to just give Tylenol/ Advil. Went back the next day and the first words out of the doctor’s mouth is why am I back? That we didn’t give the antibiotics a chance. They didn’t even suggest a chest xray. I had to! When they got the results back from the xray they said we can go home and wait another day or go to the hospital that she is not a radiologist. She said, their looks like there could be a little something. We went to the hospital and found out that he had severe pneumonia most likely from Covid and needed high flow oxygen and had sepsis. Had they sent him to the hospital the first time around we would have avoided intensive care. Had I listened to her to wait another day o don’t know what would have happened."

"I have been a patient of endocrinologist, Joshua Feiner for over 10 years. My primary doctor sent me for a bone density test. I got the test results which indicated a not so good result. Rather than have my primary doctor treat me, I decided to call Dr. Feiner’s office since osteoporosis falls under the endocrinology specialty. Unfortunately, his scheduler told me I couldn’t get an appointment for over 4 months even with my test result being bad. I guess I will have no choice but to have my primary doctor treat me. I would have really liked to see my specialist Dr. Feiner, who is a wonderful doctor."

"Our pediatrician recommended for our 7 year old to come to this ProHealth for blood work, I obviously look for reviews on this office, most negative but no clarification for what they were complaining about. Regardless, we went to the lab part and really friendly staff, they were polite and nice to my kid, we were in and out. This place by far were the nicest."

"Excellent. Dr. Barkin is an informed..intelligent..Thorough and empathetic Doctor who truly understands his field and applies his knowledge very well to his patients. He has always been able to help in great ways. His PA Kathy is very supportive and kind. Carla is so accommodating and a perfect representation for his practice."

"This place is the worst! If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve called for same day sick appointments and I get told to go to urgent care. What’s the point of having a primary doctor if the office tells you to go to urgent care. Today topped it off. I called at 9am for same day to find out my doctor is on vacation and that they will call me back after they speak to the on call doctor. 5 1/2 hrs later no call back so I call them. They never got a message to the doctor because they didn’t have in my records of a call. Really so I know that my doctor is on vacation until Monday because I called today. They advise me to go to urgent care once again. I will not go as I want to be seen at my practice with doctors who have my chart and know my history."
