"This place is a mess. For starters I was referred here by a PCP for physical therapy after surviving a car accident. I've been to this place a total of 5 times and haven't gone back since March because the service is lacking so much. My first appointment I was literally left waiting in the doctor's office for 40 mins because he "didn't know he had a patient" and in Dr Opam's words "every patient is different and needs different amounts of time. Which in another situation is understandable, but I waited 40 mins after the receptionist and admin nurse assured me that he was aware of my arrival/appointment and would see me shortly. I've had 3 visits for physical therapy. The most care I received during these sessions are a heating pad, electrotherapy machine, and some minor exercises that I can do at home. After discovering that I could purchase the tools they use on patients I saw no reason to return for therapy. The therapists were not doing anything revolutionary that I couldn't do myself with the bonus of saving a bus fare . The last time I came was for Dr Opam to run tests on my back. This process took over 2 hrs because halfway one of the doctor's started arguing with the receptionist about his lunch break. He complains to me about how he should've stayed in Texas and how bad it is to work at this facility- while setting up the electro pulse machine to read my body. I don't wanna hear that as a patient! I just wanna know what's wrong with my body and how to fix it. Finally I was diagnosed with pinched nerves in my lower back in march. With some googling I've realized that pinched nerves shouldn't last months or almost a year. So the diagnosis I received was wrong and could've been done properly if the staff wasn't screaming at each other. Unfortunately I don't have any names, but people need to know that you have the right to sample through doctors and challenge the referrals you receive especially if your insurance is Healthfirst. I deeply feel like this clinic has wasted my time and delayed my healing progress. I don't recommend Dr Opam or any other doctor that works here"

"Professional and dedicated to job doing duties. Courteous and supportive staff."
"Dr Opam seems to have no consideration for his patients. Have seen him more than once not even greeting the people in the waiting room."
