"He was great at first, helped me a lot. However, after nearly a year of my sessions with him I confided something that I could tell he did not like...I know it was not the right thing to do but in the moment I was heated and any logical ethical therapist should not judge and hold it against their patient. I can tell he did not like it because he stopped sending his motivational text messages and the next appointment I came one minute late and instead of waiting for me he just marked it as late and charged my credit card over one hundred dollars. Mind you I have came late and with even worse timings before and he would still see me."

"I waited four months for an appointment he cancelled on the morning it was to occur. He contacted my sibling and informed her he could not meet with me and that I would need to reschedule. Rescheduling is impossible. It can not be done through the portal because it was made by a referral. I contacted the doctor (Roger Wooden) who provided the referral for assistance with rescheduling and was given an unrelated hotline number. I was also told in so many word that my problems are for my primary to handle. I did not ask to see Dr. Jangira, it was a medical recommendation I thought I would benefit from. Thank God, I am mentally stable."

"I was referred to this person back in September and was told the first available appointment was In January. I actually took the appointment and waited the 4 months. On the morning of the appointment I didn’t feel well and thought about canceling but because my appointment was at 8:30 in the morning I didn’t feel it was right to cancel last minute. I show up to the office on Pennsylvania Avenue and just when Im exiting the elevator I get a call from his receptionist saying my appointment has been canceled! Mr. Jangira decided he wasn’t coming into work. I received the call at 8:25…FIVE minutes before my appointment start time. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Thank God I wasnt on a ledge somewhere waiting to get help from these people!!"
