"regret not having come sooner, the truth is that the attention and human treatment are incredible, you can see the quality and efficiency of all the employees, from the doctors, nurses, technicians, and laboratory, an experience that I had never had before, I live in Queens New York for many years and I had not had this opportunity,,, I recommend them 100%,"
"Victoria Vallejo this is the worst OBGYN doctor. I lost my baby recently and a lot of things were coming up during my pregnancy. I kept on asking this doctor if I was high risk and she said NO NOT YET. I asked her again she said NO. Later on I received some documents from my insurance and they said it was reported from my medical provider I was a high risk patient. I called the clinic to speak to her and AFTER loosing my baby she said I was MODERATE HIGH RISK. After confirming the information her response was I know what you thinking I know you what you thinking but GO TO A PSYCHOLOGIST so they can help you?? Why as a doctor you didn’t communicate that?? maybe something could’ve been prevented!! I asked this Doctor to fill out some paper work for my job so maybe I can be remote with all the things coming up… I was very overwhelmed with everything and I tried my best to be positive. She gave me such a hard time and didn’t note in the paper work that I was moderate high risk. My job kept on asking what is the reason that I should be remote. Instead of her putting the actual information she kept on writing the minimum information or whatever it was convenient for her to put. This so called DOCTOR for maternal obestric doesn’t need to be a DOCTOR."
"Dr Michelle Belding did me dirty they started the process of helping me get home care and an electric scooter because I’m disabled in the middle of the process she refused to sign any more paperwork requested from the insurance companies and from the MLTC, which is manage long-term care. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or because I’m on Medicaid the staff particularly Mohini called and was very very rude and nasty. These insurance companies and home care facilities need more information from my doctor. That is Dr. Belding office called me and claimed that my July 11 appointment was canceled and gave me an appointment scheduled till October. At this point they are denying my services a process that they already started and now I’m getting treated absolutely unfairly they process the paperwork and it was unfortunately sent to a vendor that doesn’t deal with my insurance company so when I bring the situation up now I’m a problem. I’m just trying to get my services and again I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or it’s because I’m on Medicaid but I am disabled, this is a travesty and I would advise anyone do not use Michele Francis Belding as a primary care doctor. One more thing a month ago I requested that she assist me in getting pain medication because I have osteoarthritis instead of helping she requested me to go to pain management so she doesn’t want to assist in my care it’s all good I’m considering suing her and Northwell Rego Park"
"The receptionists at the front desk are so nice and helpful. But the ladies that were in the back of the front desk area were conglomerated and looked like they were having a free for all. The ladies that were in front of the lab behind the desk were so RUDE, LOUD and very unprofessional. There were two in particular that seemed to me you got them out of a Middle School! There was one in particular that was so NASTY to a hearing impaired young man that was exiting the facility with his mom from the lab. He told her she has NO COMPASSION. A person like that should not be working in a Health Facility, where the people that go there are sick and quite vulnerable. Again I need to stress this review is not for the wonderful young ladies right behind the desk towards the front as you walk in. Nor the technicians at the lab. THIS IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE ROUDY UNPROFESSIONAL ladies in the back. They should be ashamed of themselves for acting horribly. Having a grand all time talking so loudly, laughing and just being plain old rude!!! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE PEOPLE YOU HIRE. They’re giving a horrible name to Northwell. It was about 9:45-10:30 am on Friday, March 17th. As I walked into the Lab the technician sat me on a chair that looked directly outside. Saw two ladies sitting by the desks at the end, laughing loudly and one strangling the other. Acting like misbehaving Middle School students! HORRIFIC!!! These ladies should NOT be working with people!!! Put a computer in front of their faces from 9-5! Or just DISMISS them!!!! Note: Try and facilitate a room for breakfast etc… away from patients and conscientious workers!! I have NEVER been so disappointed with this place and I’ve been coming here since this place opened."
"If I could I’d give this place negative stars. I work at Northwell health and this place is so bad. You will not only not see anyone but they’ll make you wait forever. I went NYU Rego park and they are extremely prompt. This place is trash. Best to avoid if you can see someone else. I changed here for my obgyn. First appointment. Over an hour wait and no doctor. Very disappointed and it’s a shame it’s my employer."
