"This establishment is horrible! I have called Essen health for over a week everyday and wasted my time! I explained to several workers that I need my prescription sent In with a doctor who is enrolled with Medicaid because my insurance has changed ! I have been without one of my meds for two weeks and I’ll run out of my other in two days!!! I have spoken to everyone from customer service representatives and In person to the assistant. Today they said it will be sent out within an hour that was almost 4 hours ago!!!! This company is HORRIBLE and I warn you not to go here. After they fix my problem, if they even fix it, I will go look for a different doctor’s office. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I called at 8Am. I aske if there was a doctor. I was told "Yes". When I got there no doctor. Waited till 9:30 still no doctor. I have Asthma. I sat there coughing and my lungs just getting worse. All while staff talking, laughing. This urgent has a big community around them. They need to do Alot better for our community. We'll still sitting here coughing. Told staff when doctor is coming. He said I will text her. Whatttttt dear God. Not even a triage Nothing. Just sitting here. This place needs to close down. Or change all staff. Hiring people who really care for The community. Part 2. After waiting for the doctor for over an hour. She's having a meeting with staff in the wait area. The triage was 2 seconds. The medical Assistant twisted the cables. Wrote my results on her gloves. Place my oxygen reader, while checking my blood pressure all in the same hand. You can't make this up."
"Horrible place to be seen. I do not recommend it unless you want to be treated with disrespect and rudeness. As soon I came in, receptionists didn’t even notice I was waiting for almost an hour. They kept taking people in front of me that came in after me. That’s not all. The so called “doctor” was very unprofessional. Overheard her saying while I was waiting, “I’m trying to get rid of her so I can go on lunch” seems like they don’t care about their patients at all. When I was seen she didn’t care how I felt or didn’t even listen to me. Horrible and terrible place to go."
"This place is not for the insured nor the person expecting customer service or compence of any kind. The medical assistant half way did my vitals; I had to to request for my temperature to be taken also for the results of my vitals. I was there for covid tests (Rapid & PCR). I had to ask for both. I was asked if I wanted see the doctor. I was seen by a Black woman who introduced herself by Marie ONLY! LATER, when I asked for her name I learned she is a nurse practitioner & not a doctor! Her name is Marie Dieudonne, when she came in the exam room she stood by the door with it open. I asked her to close it. Then, she asked my about my symptoms and what do I usually take? Then, I inquired about the protocol for the Medical assistant to inform the patient of their vitals and she had time to make excuses about that. Then, told me "she is not comfortable being in the room with me because I am so sick". I said bye Ms. She tried to say something else but I reiterated bye! She is in the wrong profession if she is uncomfortable being around patients who are not well. We are 3 yrs now dealing with covid; therefore, there is no need to be so alarmed. She didn't even use her judgment to prescibe medication for me because she has no clinical judgement! She is incompetent! Go somewhere else!!! I do not welcome, want or need an apology."
"Horrible, horrible I waited to meet the doctor. Family nurse practitioner not doctor which is latasha Davis is so rude. I wanted to get ibuprofen for my menstrutal cycle but she said she won’t give it to me and I can’t get it over the counter at the pharmacy. I have been having my cycle a little more than a week and ibuprofen helps and she won’t give it to me. She is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to a patient. I don’t think I will ever come back here. I will change my doctor."
