ProHealth Care Associates: Department of Urology

"Worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office. I've never been more scared in my life. A few people at the front desk were nice but the rest of them are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered in a medical setting. Completely self centered and unaware of how to treat patients. I witnessed one of the people at the front desk say, "If you were really concerned about your test results you wouldn't care about my tone". An office that has tons of elderly patients. It's disgusting. Dr. Najeet was so bad that they had to set up an appointment with a different doctor, on the same day, to explain what was going on with me because Najeet's response to me was "your kidneys look good, idk what to say, take some anti inflamatory's and see your PCP in a week". After, his office called me to tell me I had kidney stones. PLEASE AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS AND PROTECT YOURSELF FROM DOCTORS WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING! Pro health is awesome but this office is gross. Good luck"

"My experience in Urology was new...My doctor, Dr. Nejat was very pleasant and patient.. My MA Doreen was a professional and was very attentive to my needs. She held my hand throughout a not so bad experience. Thanks Doreen continue to be who you are as an MA."

"There’s never been a wait time. They’re usually able to see you on time. The desk staff / RN or Med Tech., who initially sees you, are both engaging and professionally competent. As an RN, myself, I am impressed with the caliper of any and all physicians assigned to my care. If you are pleased with your physician, you simply ask to see him/her again, and they’ll accommodate you. Continuity of care...VERY IMPORTANT ! There’s an emergency physician you can speak to if you call after/before office hours. These have all been my experiences. I suggest your not hesitating, if you need urological intervention, to make an appointment. These are the “Good Guys”. Good Luck"
