"Second time here and had bad experience. My kid has good veins and I as ER nurse marked the vein for the technician before we came in. This Russian lady poking and fishing under my kid’s skin without finding the vein first. As she fishing under the poor kid’s skin, she yelling “I didn’t feel anything”. I yelled back “you should NOT have poked her before you found the vein!!!” She claimed she has been on the job for 22 years, yet she couldn’t follow simple rule of phlebotomy “FIND THE VEIN BEFORE YOU POKE THE PATIENT”!!! And I was told she is in charge of that location! Finally this black technician named Louis came to rescue my kid from the torture. If you want a pleasant experience here, ask for Louis! He gets the job done!"

"I had a 1020 appointment and arrived at the location at 1015. I couldn't locate a parking spot and finally paid $5 for valet parking. I went inside and clicked on that I arrived and was informed I was more than a minute late and I would have to reschedule. ONE MINUTE LATE!! What a joke. It's ok to keep people waiting for 20-30 minutes but if you're a minute late, you're screwed? I would NEVER come to this location again"

"I had to wait over 1.5 hours with an appointment and they tried to skip over me when I was about to be called. You can easily walk in the back and see them and many times they are just sitting around. I had to have my blood drawn and they couldnt figure out which test to do so I had to wait even longer for that. To top it off they had to put a needle in me 2 times because she was unable to find my blood. I recommend going to a different quest or provider."

"I scheduled my appt yesterday for today at 9:10am. Signed in at 9:05 at the kiosk was out by 9:16am. The phlebotomist was quick and by far the best experience I’ve ever had with anyone drawing blood."

"Been here several times and today was the first time I’ve experienced such disgusting staff member. After an hour wait on the walk-in list , I asked if I correctly signed since I’d waited a hour and the techs response was ‘no you haven’t waited a hour’ and walks away . Comes back out and asks a women( who came in 40 minutes after me) if she has an appointment , which she proceeds to say, she doesn’t she just joined the waitlist. So tech goes on a rant about how well you need an appointment but we’ll do the best we can. And then calls her in 5 minutes later and intentionally ignores me. I was the last person left there before she locked the door. This woman refused to call me in for god knows what reason , as I waited sooo patiently and helped others check in and it wasn’t until her colleague checked that anyone was in the waiting room and confused as to why I was still there. Never again"
