"Doctor took 40 minutes to come in room to examine my son. We had appointment at 6 pm, we were on time, staff put us in a room and vanished. There were no patients in the clinic, when I was going in the room I saw doctor sitting on his computer and watching news. After half an hour I went out and asked them about doctor, the staff and doctor were sitting there and said doctor will join you soon. Doctor came after 10 minutes examined my son for one minute."
"I asked them to fax some medical documents over to a specialist. I waited an hour and called them again. Normally, it wouldn't be so urgent, except I was with the specialist and we were waiting together for another 45 minutes. They told me they were busy and would get it out as soon as possible. Eventually, I had to drive over to where they were, get the documents myself. The lobby was completely empty, and receptionist told me she was just about to send it to me right then as I walked in the door conveniently. I had a feeling that I could've been waiting for hours, and would've probably had to come again the next day. Wasted 3-4 hours of my time."
"I definitely do not recommend anybody to come at this location. I took my 2 children to this location with their fever, cough, sore throat and ear pain. The Doctor sent us home without any medication, I mean he didn’t prescribe anything. just said to give them Tylenol or Motrin. I bought Motrin and started giving them. But I don’t notice any improvement. Then I took them to the Northwell Health emergency room and they found both children has bad ear infection."
