"Did about 3 or 4 appts here. The very first time I was seen by a PA and she was incredible so much so I was hoping to have her see me next time I went. Well that didn’t happen. I saw Dr Rollins the next few appts. He was rough the first time especially when probing up my nostrils. I get the impression of an assembly line. No bedside manner. The last time I saw him he was a little more pleasant but didn’t remove all the wax. Sigh. I got A call some months ago saying I owe them for appts the insurance didn’t fully cover. Usually I know medical offices send out invoices when that’s the case. I haven’t received one to date. Hmmm. Front desk is usually pleasant."
"He does not care about the healing and wellness of his patients. He came recommended from a friend. My son went fir the first time and he will not return or get any recommendations."
"The place inside is beautiful, so you wouldn’t expect disgusting people to work here. Long story short, I lost my wallet and didn’t have my physical ID card granted this was explained to the receptionist, I asked her if it was possible to email it as I have both pictures in my phone. The lady started whispering to her coworker stating that she doesn’t understand how people come here and want to make their lives hard and caught an attitude. I allowed her to be great and waited for her to give me the email, as she was about to hand it to me she said but you don’t have your insurance card i said no my insurance had to Mail it which I have not received as of yet. She said well we can’t see you. I know that she could of looked me up in the system and found my insurance information she refused to do so and told me I couldn’t be seen. I traveled a far distance to come to this location with a baby as cold as it is. If she doesn’t like what she does she should definitely find another job because this one doesn’t suit her. She’s clearly very miserable and lazy. You guys need to do better with whom you decided to represent you and your practice. Horrible experience and I’ll never think twice on coming back here."
