"Nurse and receptionist are great but the doctor never touch the patient or check what the patient complaint. We are expecting he will check the eyes He just standing on the side and tell us take your child to ER because your child has fever and I can't do much about it."

"Urgent care should provide VRI (video relay interpreting ). Can’t understand speech or lipread with face masks on. Had to communicate with me by writing back and forth on paper. Doctor is knowledgeable about my condition and assistant nurse who took my blood was patient and calm. My health information was in the app prior appointment but my cards were not in their computer system when I arrived. Had to start over with three different receptionists which wasted a lot of my time."

"This was our first time visiting Excel urgent care. We arrived with a friendly and welcoming greeting from the staff. check in was a breeze for a new patient. We were taken care of by Seth and a PA named Mike. Both very professional and knowledgeable. My daughter was in so much discomfort and feeling lousy but Seth had the best bedside manner making her feel comfortable. He made her laugh and smile, and after the day we had, that was priceless! Mike the PA was very thorough in the exam and pinpointed the diagnosis. He was very patient and had great bedside manner as well. We left feeling relieved that we were able to get a treatment plan in getting my daughter to feel comfortable and better quickly. This will be my go to for any urgent care needed."
