"My experience at DDS was not good ,First the receptionist made a mistake quoting their Consultation fees for people paying out of pocket, she then she called back ten minutes later, saying sorry for the wrong quote with an $50 increased Price of course . Then after seeing the doctor my prescription was not sent to right Pharmacy because they had no record on file, i had a very difficult night without the prescription, when i checked back with the receptionist the next morning and she said she will call in order in directly and apologized again as she did not know what happened. The pharmacy finally cleared up the ERROR WAS THAT THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE SENT THE WRONG BIRTH YEAR TO THE PHARMACY, so of course CVS had to record on me because the wrong Birthyear was forwarded which caused me a lot of discomfort when the prescription never being sent. I would never return to this doctor's office again because the All Receptionist's answering the phone are not well informed at all making mistakes on people's IMPORTANT health information could cause a major issue and is life threatening, and being educated, accurate prior to answering questions on someone's health. the People go to the doctor's office because they are in Pain and are in need of care and to get nothing but disappointment after paying good money for services is really bad business"

"The staff is very friendly and polite. Each time I have visited I have been in and out in no time. Very efficient office! Only issue is parking. Not much available in the area. That's no reason not to give this office 5 stars."
