"For them to have do many reviews saying they never answer the phone you would think something would change. How are you here for your patients but never pick up the phone for anything. And then you don't take walk ins without them calling first. It's really frustrating and poor service....Great doctors and generally good face to face service if you ever get an appointment but the lack of customer service to make appointments really takes away from all of that"

"They never answer the phone, They would have you waiting to talk to a receptionist for over 40 minutes. i had to call on multiple different lines and i still wasn’t able to get a hold of them. i’ve been calling for the past 3 weeks to make an appointment, now i have to go all the way to the office to make an appointment, unbelievable. Poor service."

"Of recent I have found it extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone at this doctors office - all the receptionist will do is answer the phone without giving you a second to say anything and they will put you on hold - their routine is "Queens Village Midical Care please hold" that is all you get from them and then you are on the phone for extremely long period holding - last time I was on hold for over 45 mins and no one came back to take the call - I eventually hang up the phone - I kept calling on several phone lines at the same time and still no one will answer the call. THEY NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB FOR PATIENTS. I was calling to make an appointment to see the doctor and also to ask him to call in a prescription for me................needless to say I never got the medication nor the appointment. Ended up going to another doctor for assistance. DR NICOLEAU PLEASE HAVE YOUR STAFF DO A BETTER JOB IN ANSWERING THE PHONE!!!!"
