"HORRIBLE FRONT STAFF!! i asked for documentation that shows i’m in good health the doctor delivered but didn’t use the key words necessary by the document. receptionist says dr won’t do it because it’s legally binding and RIPS THE PAPER IN FRONT OF ME. so disrespectful and rude. never ever recommending this place they have a habit of double booking and blaming the patient for it"

"This place is the last place I’d refer anyone to, especially if you’re in pain. Front desk staff is so unprofessional, rude!!!! They’re inconsiderate & inconvenient when it comes to appointments, doctors notes etc. the manager is just as bad! She won’t get on the phone if there’s an issue “She’s busy” & when you ask for a call back they say “she won’t be calling back” a waste of months going here. Leaving with the same pain I started with!"
