"The care from the doctor and assistant was fantastic. In and out in less than a minute from when I entered the room, as unfortunately due to my teaching profession, I am there regularly for COVID tests. The front desk staff however was rude. I checked in on the app as always. The app said I was next, I went inside and they said I didn't fill out the paperwork. I have been there many times before and have never had to do that. They made me fill out the paperwork in the app and wait in my car. I waited another 10 minutes before being called after that. I know that they can be overwhelmed at rimless, but the place was not that busy, and there was no need for rudeness at 8:45 in the morning."

"Overall successful visit. Initially I stood there with my son waiting for someone to ask me if I needed help because I didn’t want to interrupt their conversation at the front desk and one was assisting a patient. I finally had to get their attention and then the rest of the visit was smooth. We were there for covid testing. My first time there was on a Saturday a few years back after I fell and hurt my hand. That was a good visit, no complaints!"

"They have a very organized with everything and very safe with their procedures! It was about a 2 1/2 hour wait but you could do it from the comfort of your home since they have a virtual wait list where you can see when it will be your turn. The ladies at the front desk were very very nice and welcoming! I would recommend this urgent care."

"As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist Brittany. She was very friendly and took care of me right away. I was in and out the office in about 15 mins. The MA Vanessa was kind and knowledgeable. Dr. G was friendly as well. It was a great experience all around. I already told my family and friends to go here for great service. "Everyone I spoke with was helpful and polite. All the paperwork was straightforward, I was seen faster than any other doctor visit I've ever had. The doctor was very quick to get into the exam room after the nurse left. Once I was examined, there was a concise answer followed by answers to every question I had before I had a chance to ask them. Singlehandedly the best doctors visit I've ever experienced. Will definitely be returning for anything they can handle."
