"Very rude front desk receptionists. On the phone I stated that I had Covid and was told the doctor had to evaluate me for access to medication. I arrived at the office and was told that I had to leave because I was jeopardizing everyone’s health. I was wearing glasses, N95 mask and gloves. When I spoke with my doctor that evening; she was surprised about their response. People at front desk don’t appear to be well informed."

"I saw a few bad reviews for this place so I felt I must tell about my experience here. I was there this morning 11/13 , I had a very pleasant experience. The girl behind the counter was very nice and helpful. Dr. Zamar Raza saw me. She was very nice. I didn’t feel rushed She sat down and spoke to me and listened to my concerns and questions. I feel very good about my visit with them and would recommend / go back. Steve P."

"NEVER AGAIN. If I could give a negative number, I would. Took my daughter here for a fever & cough. Took over an hour just to be called in because they only employ one doctor, no pa. The doctor told her she had Covid. She told me the diagnosis as soon as she came out from her examination. Given the immediate diagnosis, they probably did the rapid Covid test, which is extremely unreliable. Still waiting on the result of the PCR, if they even bothered to do that at all. The doctor also didn't even bother with a flu test. Given that the only way he determined Covid was by the unreliable rapid test, & no other tests performed, we're not completely sure she really had Covid. Then to top it off, the doctor would not prescribe paxlovid. When I tried to inquire as to why, the rude receptionists, who clearly didn't want to be bothered, told me I had to wait again to ask our questions. Keep treating patients like this, you won't be open for too much longer. Can you spell unemployment?"

"I was once a patient at this office in late December 2021 when I tested positive and negative for COVID-19. It was the 2nd time I was tested for COVID-19 despite I was vaccinated. The first time I got tested for COVID was back in early February 2021 at a different office at a different location. After my second COVID test, when I was negative, my doctor Dr. Wajiha Khan said that I am not likely to get COVID for the 3rd time. And so far, I have been perfectly fine. I hope that I don’t get COVID for the 3rd time."

"I understand what it's like to work in healthcare, because I am a provider at Northwell and wanted to provide a comprehensive review of this facility. They do not accept Tricare and an office visit out of pocket is $115. Which was fine, however I told them that I thought that I had strep and they charged me $20 upfront for a rapid strep test, without even examining me first to confirm that I needed a rapid strep test and DID NOT do any culture swabs - causing me to have to go to a different urgent care a second time after this visit. The service I experienced here was incredibly poor, to having the receptionist shout at me about my insurance information (instead of asking me to come up to speak with her at the desk), to the MA who took my vitals with a poor attitude and when providing me my swab, I told her to please wait because I might gag and her respond was, "the problem isn't going to be me, it's going to be you because you're the one moving." After receiving my swab, I coughed, to which she made a facial grimace, put my swab back in its unsealed slip and left the room without saying anything. The MD who saw me was fine, but was giving me a large amount of recommendations without having had any of the information written down on the scripts he had written. Another staff member with a laptop came into the room with him and didn't say a word, didn't introduce themselves, and then left. I could not believe I had paid $135 for vitals and a rapid strep to be done. I highly suggest you do not bring your business here. I ended up going to AFC on Hillside and received far better care and they also took military insurance."
