"They called me on Friday as a reminder that my brother had an appt on Sat and on Sat morning I called to confirm he is coming in. Once we get to the office they said the doctor is not in today! So two phone calls were made and somehow this information was not shared and we wasted our time coming over. The receptionist said someone was suppose to call but doesn't know who and doesn't know who I spoke with Saturday morning. There is no accountibility at this office and they do not care if they waste their patients time and act like its not their problem."

Be very cautious with this office and your medical records Edit: Things were sorted out in the end so moving this up to 3 stars, but processes here need work to ensure less stress for the patients."
