"The dork at the front desk is literally the most angry person I've ever encountered. Rude, impatient, unfriendly, and just mean for no resson. I work for TSA and he makes us look like the pinnacle of customer service."

"Horrible customer service. I would never recommend for someone to come here. The front desk person (Jack) sit there and uses foul language and slams clip boards. This is a poor example of health service and I am a health care provider. The ONLY reason I came here was for a military reserve immunization. I hope the federal government removes them as an option for service members."

"I honestly don’t know what everyone is talking about staff being rude in this office. I experienced the exact opposite. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Yes there was a time wait before I was seen but that is expected and people are told beforehand to be prepared for that. I still went through fairly quickly through my exam and got all my questions answered."

"Made an appointment for 11am- it's now 12:15 and not only have I still not been seen- but I've just been told there is still someone ahead of me. I have other appointments today and I will have to cancel at least one due to these delays. The office could have called me at any point this morning and told me they were running behind and I could have moved my schedule around but they apparently could not be bothered. Other notes: There is very limited parking- make sure you allot enough time. The waiting room is small and crowded with two TVs whose audio is slightly out of sync. It's possible I may have been in a car accident on the way over here and I am actually in the afterlife being punished for leading a bad life."

"Do not go here! Do not go here! The staff at this place is disgusting!!! I have never received such horrible service in my entire life! I went there for a drug test and physical 3 weeks ago! They managed to not send all my paperwork!!! My company had to send me to a new facility in Manhattan!!! There was a really big dark skinned chick in there that actually yelled at me for trying to explain to her that I was already waiting for 3 hours and had to step out to get additional paperwork from my job (which is in the area). She actually told me to get out of her face! Also, another girl in there that was trying to “right” instead of actually listening to what I told her. Here it is weeks later and I am unable to start! I had to call this company 3 times. Each time was more frustrating then the last. I did learn however that they sent my information via courier, yet not all of it was sent. Where has my personal information ended up! No one was helpful. Escreen couldn’t get in touch with them so some how it was up to me to deal with the lack of cooperation! Do not go here! I will be escalating this issue once I find out how!"
