"i had a great experience at this clinic. I called to schedule an appointment for my mother. The receptionist was efficient and confirmed and booked her appointment rather quickly. once we arrived, I checked in for my mother and gave them her insurance card. a few minutes later I was told her insurance was not active, I felt a little embarrassed but the lady at the front desk assured me it happens and told me to call the insurance company which I did. Insurance sent my mother a new card but we had not received it. The receptionist was accommodating in taking the new insurance number, thank goodness! my mother saw Dr. Flora. we went out within an hour which was very nice. I will definitely come back to this clinic for my mother since she lives in the neighborhood and its convenient."

"I do not know where to begin. The way this place operates business is truly egregious. I went in for a physical last August, and the whole time the doctor sat in front of a computer screen the whole time. I was seen for about five minutes, no wellness check was conducted. Nothing. Then, I had to get my work physical paper signed, however the doctor that saw me went on vacation for two weeks. At time I was starting a new job, so I needed that form filled. Never got it filled out as I refused to return. My health insurance expired in September, and I renewed it In September a couple of days after it expired. I received a payment request from this place in October. Now, you know NY Health Market Place takes a few weeks to process your application and renew your health insurance. They should know that, as they are considered, "health professionals". I refuse to pay for a bill where 1). I received no medical attention 2). My health insurance was renewed. They never bother to check to see whether or not my health insurance was reactivated after I told the receptionist I reactivated it. I will not ever return here. The way they conduct business is unprofessional. I refuse to pay a bill due to their gross incompetence. They harassed me through phone calls I sent straight to voicemail and blocked all their numbers and changed my number to avoid future " collection attempts" for a mistake on their behalf. I'd advise you not come to this facility."
