"I would give this place a ZERO, or nagetive star if there is such choice on google. First of all, this clinic has no ethic of professionism at all. The doctor went to other doctor office as backup. Later, this office called every patient asking them to go to their office directly for services. What do you call this? It's STEALING! Secondly, they asked you to pay first before you see the doctor. I paid my co-pay. Then, the insurance claim report came. I found out that they over charged insurance company for the service performed. And I do not even need to pay copay for that visit. I asked the office to refund me back the co-pay. They just push me among different parties, billing, manager, etc. And never return my calls and return my money. Finally, I spoke to the person who did the billing. He told me that this office never give refund. I was saying you are over charging insurance company, I will report you for the insurance fraud. He said go ahead, it will take 3 years for them to investigate."
