"This place is unprofessional, dusty and a complete joke. Nurses shouting patient information at each other, the receptionist using a loud voice over phones, and an hour and a half wait even with an appointment. I came to follow up with my primary care doctor for short term disability paperwork and this will be my last visit. Switching my care to a better facility."

"This place is awful. The staff is slow, and seem to not know what they are doing. No sense of urgency or proficiency with their computer system. I went in for blood work and no one seemed to even know what i was there for. My experience there is blessedly at an end. Avoid them completely."

"Do not come here!! Do not come to this place. I came for a COVID test and it said online that it was free. I get there and apparently it’s $50 if you have insurance. I’ve never been charged for a test anywhere else. I wait for 20 minutes even though there’s no other patients waiting. The form they give me is super sketchy and asked me for my SSN. Then the guy tells me their machines broken so I have to pay in cash. A patient walks in wearing no mask to get a COVID test…. Felt super unsafe there. And when I finally got my test, it was the most painful nose swab I’ve had and I’ve had like 15 COVID tests! Zero stars."

"This place has no sense of urgency Even in the midst of a pandemic ! Please do not visit this office. I went to this office for a COVID test (please keep in mind i am 7 months pregnant and have a 19 month old) because I’ve been experiencing symptoms and obviously on edge. I was told my results would be ready in 2-3 days and that someone from the office would give me a call. 4 days later & even after me calling several times i haven’t heard anything !! They also charged me 50$. Save yourself the money and anxiety and just go to CITY MD where health professionals exhibit professionalism!!!"

"Called beforehand to make sure I could get a COVID test and was told to arrive before a certain time, which I made sure I did. Got there, signed in, and then was told they couldn’t do the test today, and I had to go somewhere else or come back tomorrow morning. Not a great experience, especially if you don’t have all day to sit around and wait for them to get their act together. It was also a very cold transaction, the receptionist mumbled some explanation, the doctor didn’t even address me. Can’t speak to the quality of treatment, but the service definitely left something to be desired"
