"I never wrote a review for medical center but I felt like I had to for this one. Does everyone at Queens Endoscopy take a customer service/ courtesy class?? Wow. From the front desk receptionist to the nurse taking my info, the nurse taking me down to the waiting room, to even the janitorial staff wheeling carts, to the nice male nurse asking me medical questions, the anesthesiologist, to the doctor, to recovery room nurse … everyone was top notch helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and did I say nice? I must’ve never had anyone treat me nice to feel this way. LOL. I went in for colonoscopy and I was absolutely amazed by my entire experience. Was seen right on time and was out of there in less than two hours. The staff here should train all other medical facilities on how to treat patients! It was THAT awesome. Thank you!!!"

"The staff and the doctor was amazing to my Grandpa. I happened to be on the line with my mother when she went to grab my grandpa after his endoscopy and Kristen(or Christin) was so sweet. She was amazing. She was so comforting and was so kind."

I am grateful that they used precaution in protecting me. I was impressed with Dr. Arya and the anesthesiologist. I will be going to my cardiologist tomorrow. They were very compassionate."
