"I would give this place a zero if I could. In Jun of 2022 they put an individual test for fentanyl on their urinalysis and since then multiple people have come up positive some with years of sobriety including myself. I'm rallying together with the rest of my peers and started a petition to have this looked into. Because as of now THEY WILL be holding these toxicologies against you. I already have over 20 names and I intend to get many more of which will be forwarded to NYSOAS, the Justice Dept and the media if need be! What they're doing is wrong and the worst part about it is they know it!!!"

"This is the second MAT clinic that I've been to and I would like to give the rundown to all new potential clients looking to enroll. New clients will need to first go through a screening and then eventually true admission. This is a two part process that will potentially take 2-5 days depending on how quick toxicology is done with the urine analysis during the first part screening. So during this time, you will potentially meet with the facilitators as I have done in the likely order: Financial>Healthcare Coordinator>Counselor>Nurse Practitioner>Admission Doctor>Dosing Nurse They take all forms of insurance, and with the exceptions of Tuesdays and Saturdays, the clinic is open from 5:30am -12:30pm. I am writing this review as I hope this may aid people in the future who aren't sure as to what's to be expected, Recovery is a lengthy process, if you are just looking to be in and out, expect disappointment if you're used to being instantly gratified. I have no complaints in regards to the clinic or my experience getting in, this place saved my life and livelihood because of the available treatment that's offered."

"I transferred from another clinic. At that time I was getting 13 Take homes and only had to go twice a month. When I came here it never transferred they made me come in 4 times a week. After giving clean urine for 10 moths I come in 3 times a week. They have made mistakes with my urine a few times. Found out I am not the only one. Very busy and takes me along time to get there. If your looking for take homes and your clean this is the wrong place. There lab makes many mistakes !"

"At any clinic you can get anything, or anywhere for that matter. Of course, people with a history of chem dependency it's more rampant but nobody forces or pressures. Go in and out go home. Do something productive rather than hanging out there. If you wind up involved in that drama, maybe you subconsciously are seeking it, or looking to blame something."

"You have to want the help DON'T TALK TO ANYONE **IM 33 AND NEVER BEEN AROUND SO MANY DRUGS MY WHOLE LIFE . PEOPLE THERE TAKE THEIR FREE MEDICAID MEDICINE THEN STAND AROUND FROM THE PARK NEXT TO WALGREENS SELLING HEROIN CRACK XANAX ADDERALL THESE PEOPLE USE EACH OTHER STEAL FROM EACH OTHER AND MY BEST ADVICE IS TO GET WHAT U CAN OUT OF THE PROGRAM AND GET THE F OUTTA DODGE. I WENT FROM NEVER SEEING CRACK TO ACTUALLY TRYING IT. THAT'S NOT WHAT IM THERE FOR AND immediately stopped. Some people go in for help and leave worst then ever. I want to help people so I am being honest in my post. To this day after a year or so I still have people ask me everyday for money drugs or both and I'm quite sick of it and if you try to detox they punish you in a way because everyone there is a walking paycheck. Only Daryl of the security team treats people like humans the rest of the security staff makes us feel like dogs. The directors are very intimidating and hard to approach . One counsoler Stephen, seems to be the only one who genuinely care for people while other counselors treat us as a text book chart. The rules constantly change, I wish I could transfer to a program that isn't full of drugs inside and heavily supplied within a 1-2 mile radius. It's sad actually. While other programs control the sale of drugs and isn't an issue for some reason this program either doesn't care have a poor action plan. Who goes to a drug program to buy hard drugs ? 75%of the clients and I can say that with facts. They know how to pass toxoligy leaving clean urines in the bathroom for each other or figure out their ruitine. I can also say with many facts the rules are different for everyone . I gave 4 stars because the nurses , Daryl , Stephen and because I have the will power to just go in and out . When I first became a client here I got played so bad by other clients and then thrown away so don't learn the hard way there are no friends to be made here. I'm here to get better and change my life ."
