"This location has always been horrible. Always running into issues with insurance and PCP leaving the location. Front desk staff don’t care about helping the patient, they give you all the run arounds. Staff are very rude. If you can avoid this clinic, please avoid it. You’ll save yourself from the stress and getting upset with the staff there, as they don’t provide any help."

"First of all I really don’t like service desk people. I feel like they are owner of the medisys. doctors are nice but appointment will give you at 6 months later. After taking the primary care doctor from them I’m always in depression just like if i start to vomit suddenly but i cant consult with anyone because there is no appointments. Last year I broke my leg and they give me appointments after 4 months. It’s shocking hospital ever. I think it’s not issue with people it is a issue with place. I really I don’t see any good hospitals or schools around this place. I was in Boston and Albany for 4 year i saw how they take care their patients."

"WORST OB/GYN VISIT EVER!!! Very unprofessional. They charged me an unnecessary copayment, which was already covered with an annual visit. They claimed their machine was broken when it was time to reimburse me! I wouldn’t recommend this place to a anyone. They’re super nasty & unprofessional. Crooks!"
