"Throughout years, I have struggled to find a dermatologist who not care about the amount of patients they see during their office visits, but actually listens and takes their time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan. Fortunately, I found Mallory, PA. I have been seeing Malloy for a while. She always listens to my concerns and gives me all the necessary information I need. She does not rush the visits and is very patient when answering my questions. During visits, if needed, she provides me with sunscreen, face wash, and lotions. I have a sensitive skin, not all products are suitable, however, Mallory always gives me options to choose from the recommended treatment plan and make sure that I am comfortable using those products. I love how she takes her time to explain me the products and their side effect. Additionally, the staff is amazing, they always give me a positive vibe. They are always helpful and respectful. On several occasion, I had issue with the pharmacy, however, the staff calls the pharmacy and ensures that the issue is resolved. Overall, I always have a great experience when visiting the office."

"Theresa Durchhalter used to be my dermatologist. She was very caring and listened to all my concerns. When she left this facility they automatically rescheduled me with Mallory. Mallory is the laziest PA I came across. She rushes the visit and doesn't explain thoroughly when adding new treatments. Some of the employees in the office are either lazy or careless. I asked the male medical assistant before leaving the room, if my prescription will be sent to the pharmacy after my visit. He said yes, however the prescription was never sent and I had to call the office to have the front desk send it. I constantly have issues with the office staff not sending in my Rx, even after reminding them. When getting chemical peels they will not offer any sunscreen. How are you a dermatologist office that receives samples of products and not offer it to your patients? I literally had to ask the medical assistant multiple times can I get sunscreen since I will be outside after my appointment. The Indian girl in the front with the annoying voice is passive aggressive and was arguing with another employee when I was checking out. This office needs better management !!!"

"Becarfull to be late in your appts dr. Run away when it is 4pm my appt was at 3:50pm. I was calling since 3:30pm to let them know I was on my way, finally they pick up at 3:58 and the person said Dr. Left already, I was coming from rockaway eastern parkway in brooklyn so I was runing to my appt so I arrived and they told me Dr. already left, I was a new pt didn't know the place but i was in the building with 10 minutes late, my frustration is, I was calling and they didn't pick up there phones,also why they didn't told me that Dr. doesn't wait,so at least I will not go to this appt, finally I arrived and try to make new appt but the lady in the front said to me that she had to leave at 4 but that I was stopping her because she had to make me a new appt blabla... Dr. is Unprofessional also the lady in the front desk. I walk to the cvs and find out I was not the only one who had that experience another person told me that the place is not good they don't see you if you are a minute late... he told me to find another dermatology. And he was right."
