"Rudest worst hospital, worst staff. Been waiting three weeks for lab results to get hung up on or cursed out everytime I try to receive the results. Addison is rude she denied to write my name down for a doctor to call me back she immediately hung up on me."

"This clinic in Suite B, is way better than the family clinic in the basement at Suite R. I started going to this clinic because the Doctors in Suite R wasnt meeting my medical needs (I did have one intern who was really good, but she left). But if you go to Suite R now, OMG!!!! This clinic should be SHUT DOWN!!! The Doctors are horrible!! The bathrooms are nasty!! And all patients deserve much better care, than what they are giving. The residents, just don't know, or they just don't care. I gave this clinic a second chance, because my Doctor in Suite B left. And I really liked her. I'll give the new Doctors in Suite B a chance, but if I don't like him/her, I have to find me a new Doctor/Clinic, which I might do anyway. Because I hate changing Doctors on a regular basis. Once I have a relationship with a Doctor, I would like to keep that same Doctor. I need a Doctor, that will get to know me, & vice versa. I need a Doctor, that will care about me, my physical health, as well as my mental health. And you can definitely tell, when they truly care about you as an individual."

"Suite b Marie Smith This lady is the rudest Phlebotomy technician she is so dismissive she makes me so uncomfortable for my visit and makes not ever want to go to the doctor. As a younger patient I expect support and a nice Phlebotomy technician however she has made my life harder than it already is"

"The doctors are excellent but when you get used to your doctor...they end up leaving and you have to get used to A different doctor on your next visit. And the staff that you have to go through before meeting your doctor becomes A headache. I tried to make an appointment and the receptionist answer the phones and cut you off abruptly and literally have you on the line waiting to speak to someone for 30 minutes or more. I called in on one day of the week because I thought maybe their just busy but then I called again A second time on another day and the same thing happene again. They have you on hold for almost an hour......Eventually I hung up. I also went in for A mammogram on one appointment and the tech was so rude I had to ask to speak to A manager. Thankfully the manager was very accommodating and assured me it wouldn't happen again. This hospital is close in proximity but I will have to find somewhere else to go. The only reason I would even consider staying is because of how excellent the doctors are."
