"You know, I just gotta be honest. I don't like when I make an appointment for one type of treatment, and instead of listening to me as a customer, they turn around and give me a treatment they feel is best for me, instead of just giving me exactly what I asked for. If this happens again, I'm taking my business elsewhere, and I don't mind paying even up to $100 more, as long as whoever I go to, no matter what they recommend, just give me the EXACT treatment that I ASKED for, because that's what I like. Now, I've been given a mild peel, and I look no better than before. Guys, when you have blemishes, mild peels DON'T WORK. You need a medium depth peel to remove that dead layer of skin. I know these are professionals, but sometimes they need to listen to their clients when they say what actually works for them, so there's no disappointment in the long run. Just sayin."
