"This was my first visit to this center. The workers seem nice and helpful. My appointment was set 2 months in advance. I was given a screen to sign in and paid my copay. As I was waiting to be called to be seen, 45 minutes later, I asked about how much longer the wait time would be. The worker informed me the doctor will get to me. After further inquiry on a possible reschedule, I was told they would have to wait for a cancellation or set something for a month later!? I waited 2 months as is. This was very unprofessional. Why have appointments if you don't stick to them."

"The facility itself is fine. They have a lot of staff working there and most of them seemed professional. There are only 2 doctors at this location and it takes forever to get appointments and follow ups. They have a portal system that delivers test results to the patient very quickly. I received some test results the same day I took the test and after speaking with the staff a few days later it was clear that I had received them before the doctor could review them. They need more doctors at this location. New technology and overstaffing can not replace doctors."

"The most unprofessional doctors office ever. Came here for prenatal care and they’ve continuously misplaced my maternity leave paperwork. To the verge where my claim was almost closed because of the staffs unprofessionalism and lack of organization. The staff member in charge, tried to pin excuses on me instead of accepting their responsibility for losing my paperwork both times!!! The nurse said they are not responsible and are unable to keep track of incoming faxes but after being in their face for an hour and pressing them about the paperwork they miraculously found it and it was time stamped from 2 months ago!"

"The staff is not friendly at all, came in 5 minutes late and the doctor would not see me and wanted to have me be her last patient meaning wait an hour when all I wanted was to get a referral. would have taken 10 minutes. Also the first time I went and saw the docto she rushed through the whole appointment and dismissed my symptoms by saying they were probably nothing to worry about she would not examine me. very bad service which is too bad since the facilities are great"
