"100% would not go back here. Not for an OB ESPECIALLY but also not gyn care. I wish I could show a video of how the service here has plummeted and it’s not just the administrative side either. The clinic uses the pregnant women like study dolls for P.A’s and they rotate about 18 of them throughout your pregnancy so you don’t even get the chance to develop a relationship with anyone. You don’t personally see your “doctor” even if you’re high risk. I stopped going here about 11 weeks ago due to the experience I had here more than once. The last straw was when a P.A was “seeing” me and he totally disrespected me and tried to force me to relive a traumatic experience for the sake of “teaching” the woman he brought in the room to chaperone the appointment. As I was getting overwhelmed I looked to her for help and I guess out of fear of him she stayed shut when I could see she felt bad for me the way he was speaking to me and yelling at me. I’m still scorned by this and the sad part is this is the closest hospital to me and I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE CARE HERE! If I could say this a million times over FIND ANOTHER CLINIC TO GO TO PLEASE ! Since I’ve changed clinics I’ve developed a relationship with my doctor and I feel safe, heard and cared for. They do not use you as a test dummy even if you have Medicaid ! (As if Medicaid gives people the right to treat you like crap). Pregnancy is scary and this clinic does not make you feel safe at all! I am truly disappointed!"

"I have had trouble with this clinic since I started going during 2008 , the front desk receptionists are extremely rude. I’ve now had 2 babies with this hospital all while going to this clinic and every single time there is an issue. The doctors and the nurses are really worth seeing and they are the one who make you want to return. I’m fed up completely, I’m currently pregnant with my 4th @ 22 weeks and I’ve been turned away, ignored and I still haven’t seen a doctor at this clinic YET. This hospital and clinic is just not what it use to be. I’ve been going here for over 20 years."

"This is my first pregnancy and so far dealing with this clinic has been a headache. I was informed I won't get a permanent doctor throughout my pregnancy. Then, they provided me with a referral for the sonogram and for blood work. The clinic does not know the sonogram schedule. I went on a Wednesday to the clinic and they had me walk to the hospital for the sonogram without knowing that no sonograms are performed on Wednesdays. Then, they had me running to the other building to do blood work. I had to miss two days because of that. I did blood work and I still have not received my results. Every time I can no one can provide me with answers to my questions. No doctor returns my calls. I called to see if I will need sonogram for my next visit and they could not provide me with any information. I was informed that the doctor will provide it after the visit and I told them that for the sonogram, I'll need to schedule ahead of time. I cannot continue to miss two days every time I have a visit. This no way to ease your nerves as a first time MOM."

"This place really needs to do better. They promote EPIC, but you can never make an appointment, modify it or cancel it. You have to call them directly and even when you do, they dont pick up or get back to you. It should not be difficult to make an appointment. Then there is the wait time. I am writing this review as I am waiting My appointment was for 3:15PM and it is now 4:15PM. It has been a whole hour and I have yet to be seen. I even took some time off work to be here and that is cutting into MY time NOT theirs. This clinic really needs to do better. The reception desk staff is NOT discreet when communicating to patients (in person and over the phone). I overheard one receptionist ask a patient when was their last period and if it is a possibility that they may be pregnant. That is something you don't say out loud in a waiting area. Not Okay! It surprises me that this clinic isn't clean, organized, timely, and discreet. I'm here for a followup for a surgery I had, but damn, won't ever come back here. Too long of a wait. Not worth the wait. This is very disappointing and they do a disservice to their patients."

"The women at the front desk are SUPER unhelpful and RUDE! They are extremely inconsiderate to women with babies which is weird because it is an OBGYN. Takes a long time to make appointments and wait time is long. The nurses and dr are sweet but the overall experience was so DREADFUL that I don’t recommend to anyone."
