There can be delays during visit because the facility serves a large population of individuals that are typically underserved. They also sponsor community events for things such as HIV awareness and substance abuse and misuse events. Overall they provide excellent services."

"This facility is the worst. I was given a referral to see a oral specialist, due to severe wisdom toothaches at this dental clinic. I needed them to contact my insurance so I could get a emergency referral approve immediately to see a oral specialist by my dental insurance. They didn’t show no urgency or remorse to make a simple call to my insurance to proceed the process of my emergency referral. I had to wait several days just for them to make simple call after they been notified it was emergency."

"On the administrative side, I had a very poor experience. I was double-billed in error for a copay and after 3+ calls back and forth, never refunded. I was assured that a provider was covered under my insurance who turned out not to be, costing me more money. On *four* occasions within the same year, I had an appointment cancelled on me the night before, being told that the provider stopped working with them. So ultimately I decided to stop working with them also."
