"I arrived for a 4:00 PM Appointment on 04/04/2022 only to find out that the Dr was not available. I recieved no notification that the Dr was not available. I did numerous reminders about this appointment. This AM, i recieved a message from whom I do not know, stating that I missed the above appointment. This was not the case as the appointment was rescheduled to 04/12/2022 at 2:00 PM. Talk about Incompetence and lack of communication."

"The doctor and the dentist were incredibly nice. However, the “staff” at the desk are completely the opposite. Not only are they rude, it seems incompetence is skill needed for that position. No one knows what’s going on as if they’re all in their own little world. Appointments are never on time. I have waited over an hour several times to see the doctor and the dentist. I believe the lack of service they provide is due to the fact that many people that go there are disenfranchised and unable to speak up for themselves. This place is terrible DO Not Come Here."

"Very good healthcare service provider. Everyone is nice and tends to you properly. Except Thalia, who always tries to take away the medicines that the doctor already prescribed you. She shouldn't be there if she's trying to be the doctor. If the medicine is working, why change it? Common sense lady!"

"I have to say the doctors are kind but the staff the most incompetent I have ever seen by far! I had two appointments one on 9:15 and another for 9:30pm for the PC. I saw my pychatrist at 9:20am was some in 10min . Now I awaiting to see my pcp 10:45 comes along and I ask the front desk, am I going to see her soon ? Because I nbn have another appointment some where else, he look surprised that I had an appointment with her. Finally 30min later I get called the nurse takes my vitals and tells me to take a seat and wait for the doctor. I am waiting ,seeing two other people going in before me. Remind you I was the first appointment of the day. Finally I lose it for to the front desk and tell them I am leaving this place is ridiculous. People who have appointments after me went in and gone already. I been here for 3hrs. I Changed my pcp as soon as I left the facility. Then 20min later the doctor calls me and says why didnt you tell me you were waiting for me?? I have to tell you?? Dont the staff/nurse give you the paperwork on who is next?? Ahe apologized and admitted it's there fault but I was not going to go back cause now I am fuming. So, i could not get blood work done Look into my vertigo which is affecting my every day life cause the place is incompetent. They NEED A WHOLE KNEW STAFF!!! OR SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING"
