"The staff is pretty friendly, not helpful. The doctors can be hit or miss. If you need a doctors note they could do it, but that's about as far as their capabilities go. It's a stark contrast to the City MDs in Nassau that will actually get you medication if you need and send out the medications in a timely manner. There was no record of my visit, when I called after care, I was left on hold for 30 minutes just for the agent to sit on the flphone for 10 minutes, saying hello then ultimately saying nothing until I hung up. Suffolk branch of CityMds needs a major restructuring or to just be shut down."
"Went in today although the wait was a little on the longer side the staff was amazing. The doctor who saw me was so amazing and kind heard all my problems told me was she was going to do to help asked me if i was okay with that if i understood everything gave me a personal line to call if anything happened. Also to gave me a little something there to help jump start me feeling better."
"Was treated for a cold and strep throat. The treatment was fine and I can't complain about receiving the proper care, Rx etc. However, the staff without an explanation couldn't give me documentation of my diagnosis and date I visited after the fact. I am in the position, like many others, where I need documentation to take off work. Wouldn't do it for me. I was given a number to an "aftercare associate" which proved to be just a means of blowing me off. Would be reticent to recommend."
"The doctor we saw was nice and addressed our concerns. Unfortunately we had to deal when the aftercare team. The aftercare team cannot receive a grade low enough. The aftercare agent, kept my pharmacy on hold for 2 hours (per their statement), I was on hold with them over 25 minutes. The agent I finally spoke to did not listen to what I was saying or my concerns, the agent was reading from a script which did not match with the concerns I had, the agent talked over me and did not understand about the situation. Again, there was no issue with the doctor but the aftercare team was AWFUL"
