"My mom has been experiencing head dizzy for a month and we tried Claritin and it didn’t work. So we came and visited this place. I put detailed description which includes that my mom has little cough for years. Then the doctor decided to not seen her because she may have Covid. She has fully vaccinated and ran a Covid test a month ago and it was negative. The temperature is normal but the staff just doesn’t accept her unless she runs another Covid test again. I have lived with my mom for a long time and I have no symptoms. If this is how doctor is treating the patients, then I highly recommend do not go to this clinic"

"The nurses station is extremely compassionate and efficient knowing that you dont feel well and would like to see a doctor as soon as possible. They are very knowledgeable about your insurance plans and work hard to get you everything your plans offer you. I have never had to wait very long to see a doctor even without an appointment. The doctor and her assistants are very knowledgeable, patient and are very careful to listen to you explain what it is that you are feeling. If you have ever sat in a doctors waiting room for a very long time not feeling your best, the med station is a new experience that realizes a patients time is also very valuable. Thank you doctors assistants and staff. I can always count on you when I am not feeling well."

"The staff, doctors, nurses - you name it - are the most kind, caring and considerate individuals that I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. They are fantastic and I would never put my health in the hands of anyone else. As a patient that returns on a monthly basis, I am never neglected not forgotten. If I moved to the eastern end of Suffolk county, I would still make the trek to this office, regardless of the distance and time of the round trip - because the people that work there make me feel like I'm part of their family and always remember the last conversation we had a month prior. I love the Med Station and I highly recommend their excellent service and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure their patients' best interests and pharmacy debacles are taken care of."

"I have been going to the Med Station for about 18 years now. These negative reviews do not reflect my experiences here. I’ve always been pleasantly taken care of by the front desk. Gloria and the rest of the women at the front desk are extremely warm and welcoming. Maria is a wonderful medical assistant who is very kind and caring. Jackie is a wonderful doctor, as well as Kerry, and Dr.Rhodes. I’ve been taken care by all of these kind people and have no complaints!!!"
