"Terrible!!!! How can you set appointments for one time and attended to patient an hour later. I even arrived 30mins early because I’m aware there’s delays but booking multiple appointments at the same time horrible."

"Rude customer service they don't respect patients even they don't interest to answering any questions until you have appointments. Front desk ledy with she has short hair she is very very rude. You can't even ask any questions about anything. It's look like they control you. My concern is all health department or clinic have to be nice and respectful for all clients. Why ?? Their work in front desk if they are so rude with Customer???????"

"It annoys me that you have to give at least a start to even write a review because honestly this place deserves no stars. Every single person working in this place is incompetent. They literally show up at for their job and dont work at all. Came n at 11 and was told they were going on break and had to come back after two hours? The entire building goes on break for 2 hours? Just disgusting and then when I returned 5 min before the time 2 hours they made me wait only to turn me away claiming to come back the following say at 8 smfh ..never mind that I called before I arrived to make sure I'd be seen ..and never mind that I called out of work to waste an entire day with people including supervisors mishandling liyerally everything"

"Apparently, giving no stars isn’t an option. This is coming to you LIVE from St.Larence Clinic... I’ve been here since it opened at 9am and it is going on noon and I have yet to see the Doctor, I didn’t see the one triage nurse they have until 11, and the nurses pick and choose who they want to see first. I can’t even leave to a different clinic because you have to wait 24 hours before you can switch primary physicians and you can’t be seen until the change is made. I took half a day off work to handle my personal business and then go make my money, negative. Thanks to the “professionals” at St.Lawrence clinic, not only have I lost my patience, and my time waiting here but now I have lost money because guess who still has to wait to be seen? Yes audience,, a very frustrated me. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else."

"It's okay, They need better management or employees. They are all over the place. Made mistakes on my appointments three times in a row. Doctors are always moving around to other locations or completely quitting. One time a nurse quit right before taking my blood."
