"The worst woman's shelter ever. They have no remorse for the elderly with disabilities. It is not safe for anyone with wheelchair. The food give food poisoning. They kicked my elderly disabled sister out after they discovered she slipped and fell in the bathroom and was denied hospital until one of the lady's help. My sister had back surgery and they were quick to dismiss her and take her voucher. What has this world come to. God don't like ugly. One day they will be put in a situation where they to will be discriminated and neglected. Shame on Susan's Place. For not caring for these woman and keeping their belongings including donations. What a sad world we live in."

"One comment? If the taxpayers only knew what really goes on behind closed doors. Encountered a lady whose been here 6+ years. She can't speak English much at all. Is this a long-term facility, or a refugee camp? Wake up NYC...your tax dollars are being funneled out of your pockets into a DHS abyss, aka, the New York City Shelter System. Headcount in all shelters assures they get their price per head from you! Do the algebra."
