"Worst healthcare experience I've ever had. Not hyperbole - literally the worst. Impossible to schedule appointments, they just don't ever call you back. My psychiatrist forgot to submit my prescription after my appointment then lied about it and then refused to do anything about it. I went months without my prescription and they couldn't have cared less. Avoid Essen at all costs, seriously."

"This doctors office is by far the WORST CLINIC! I have ever dealt with !! They prescribe you medication that is not covered and refuses to submit the prior authorization to get it approved or call the pharmacy for another alternative .I have been going back and forth with them for months and I CANT even get a hold of the doctor ,your direct point in contact is the front desk and they are very disrespect and unprofessional, they claim they leave notes for doctor but I highly doubt that . I also asked and waited on line for a manager to call me back but NOTHING ..This establishment does not care about their patients .. I have to find another doctor ! Please avoid this place at all costs ! It’s not worth the headache ."

"The call center the employees are rude especially the male freaking employees... there is this one operator or call taker name Michael who hangs up on the customer's, he laughs at there problems and don't give the messages to the doctors.... he needs to be fired... the call center need employees who want to work or get rid of them and have the office staff make their appointments.. .."

"This place is very unprofessional. You will wait hours for an appointment. You need an appointment but you can’t be late, on time or before your time because you will have to wait hours. If you get there on time you have to wait and if you get there 20 mins late you gotta wait because you are late and if you get there before you have to wait until the time of the appointment. The staff is so used to dealing with certain group of people that treat them very careless. They straight up will play with your time like you are not paying for a service. They treat you like they pay you to come to this place. Go somewhere else more responsible with timing and with better logistic and better service overall. Do not come to this place!!! There is more well known doctors and physicians that have a better system overall. Doctors here love on the phone appointment only be in the place once a week and that day there will be so many people because they are only in person once a week. If you choose this place good luck my friend!"
