"6 MONTHS AFTER THIS REVIEW YOU WRITE A COMMENT FOR ME TO SEND YOU AN EMAIL FOR YOU TO WORK ON THE PROBLEM. BELOW IS THE PROBLEM WHY WOULD I HAVE TO EMAIL YOU WHEN BELOW I WROTE THE ISSUES. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO FIX IT YOU WOULD WITHOUT ME SENDING YOU AN EMAIL since covid hit and they went to video appointments. They schedule you for an appointment without asking if that is ok with you. You won't find out about you appointment until the day before. To make matters worse the physc cancels appointments and doesn't make sure the patients have medication until the next appointment. Let's talk about the dental department. My daughter had a 4pm appointment. The call me the same day to tell me I need to bring my daughter earlier because the dentist is leaving early. I couldn't instead of rescheduling me I was told to call and make an appointment. Has anyone tried calling this clinic. You get root after robot and no human to answer the phones"

"BEWARE!!!! All the one star reviews are not disgruntled patients. They are probably the most honest reviewsThis place is a nightmare. Went there twice and after my last visit I canceled all remaining appointments. The person doing my intake wrote down I have a heart condition that I don’t have. The psych I saw didn’t even know I was in her schedule so they rescheduled me to ANOTHER psych who not only didn’t know I was coming but also tried to throw out a diagnosis that I’ve had from THREE DIFFERENT DOCTORS and tried to diagnose me with something else having never met me and taking maybe 2 min to review my intake file. She refused to refill a medication for me that I need to function in my day to day life and instead tried to put me on a completely different medication used to treat a completely different thing. She said she would give me a call back the next day with her final decision and never did. Not only was I left without my medication I didn’t even get the medication that she tried to put me on. These people do not care about helping you. I was left paying for two specialist appointments that didn’t do anything for me but take my money. I saw another review that said the psych talked to them like they were a child. I was also talked to like a child. Honestly, it was a traumatic experience"
"Honestly the shortest time I have been on hold with them just for someone to answer the phone is 30 minutes. When I go personally they are 3 people at the desk, usually only one answering hone calls./ Mind you I have called the operator, the doctors line and the COVID line and still have to wait that long. They need more staff or a call center for patients becasue that is ridiculous."
"Speech/Swallowing therapist is wonderful. Wheelchair clinic is outstanding too. ADA compliant. Whatever disabilities you’ve got they can probably help. Definitely recommend."
