"Nice staff. I was able to schedule a same day appointment online. The wait time was about 5 minutes. I needed a new prescription, and the doctor was very helpful with that. My entire visit lasted about 15 to 20 minutes, the fastest visit I ever had at an urgent care (this was on a Sunday, not sure how the weekdays are)."

"I'm so disappointed in this Urgent Care establishment. I've been coming here for over a decade. I don't reside in the neighborhood, therefore I come out of my way to come here because: one it's in a good neighborhood and two there's usually not a wait time. I recently visited three days ago and I was repulsed by the attitude that I received from the front desk clerk. It was like I was such a burden on her. First off, I'm a heathcare employee and I would never even think to speak to a patient with such a tone, rolling eyes, just so rude and condescending. Apparently, it wasn't just me. She kept belittling staff and to my surprise everyone took it. It was normal. Since Monday, I've been calling to receive my Covid results only to speak to different representatives whom can barely speak English and keep having me download different applications that aren't used by the company. One guy told me to download Healow, another guy told me they no longer use Healow which I just spent like 30 minutes on the phone with a guy yesterday to set up. Today another guy tells me to download Essen. Essen doesn't exist on google play. I called earlier for my Covid results once again, this lady put me on hold for over 25 minutes. Then I called back I tried to explain to the next guy my current situation he just hung up on me. Noone will give me a result. I'm sick as hell and this healthcare establishment just keeps giving me the run around. To make matters worse whoever their third party is barely speaks English. Do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere. Trust me, as a healthcare employee this is unacceptable. I'm reporting them to the state. Noone, should be treated this way."

"I would like to start off by saying the front desk staff are amazing. They are kind, helpful and have great attitudes. The one star rating is for the NP- Princess that saw me. I only know this is her name because of my work note. When she walked in, I could already tell she was in a bad mood. She was very unpleasant and rude."

"First let me start off by saying if you’re thinking about going there just go. I went on a Friday 8/5/22 and was very impressed and that’s an understatement. My wait was short and the receptionist was very courteous and helped me register. When it was time to be seen I was examined by Dr. Little. She spent a lot of time with me and made me feel more like a close friend rather than a patient. The Dr. really cares about you and she has a humorous side to her which made me feel at ease with no worries. Compassion and being attentive to your needs would describe her best and she goes beyond that. Right now I’m feeling less pain, I’m guessing from Sciatica and feel blessed that I went there. My experience was awesome and I couldn’t be more happier and relieved. Essen is the best kept secret in the neighborhood. Just go and you’ll see what I mean. Many heartfelt thanks! ❤️"
