"Our saleswoman, Sierra, was very friendly and knowledgeable - we appreciated her help with everything, from watches to bracelets. There was also a salesman who helped us both times we stopped in with watches, and he took the time to make sure the watches fit by removing links. We appreciate both of the staff members’ help!"

"I entered the Webster store last week and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged so I left after staying about 5 minutes. I went back two days ago and only 2 customers were in the store and I still wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. I asked to have my ring checked and cleaned. An associate begrudgingly checked the prongs but did not clean it . I’m disappointed as well that I was told I need to make an “appointment” for a ring cleaning in the future and the associate made me feel like my presence was an annoyance and a burden. I will not go to this store again, even though it is closed to my home. The staff needs training in etiquette and welcoming customer service. Thumbs down!!!!"

"Staff were very kind and helpful today when I went in, but they were lacking inventory. I wanted to get a men’s band and there wasn’t much, nor was there much in women’s yellow gold bands. I wanted to purchase today, but did not find what I wanted and I do not like ordering online. Unfortunately you lost a sale today. Hopefully you’ll have more soon."
