"NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! Went for a last minute highlight and cut. Showed Tammy a picture of what I was looking for. When she was finished with my hair, she asked if I was happy with the color. To which I replied, no I asked for thick blond highlights and you gave me the exact opposite. And her response was, "well we can do it that way next time, I didn't think it would look good." I'm sorry, but for one, you could have discussed that with me before just doing what you thought would look good and second, you should fix the hair that you intentionally did not complete as requested. Not only did I express my dissatisfaction before leaving the salon, but then I followed up with a phone call to Tammy later that afternoon, and her reply was that she could fix my hair after I got back from my trip. Getting my hair done at the last minute was the whole point, to have it done for my trip. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS, not recommended! And if you scroll down to read other reviews, this is their MO! Oh, and Tammy Gumble herself gave the company 5 stars, hmmmm....."

"Nice people but they don’t do your hair how you ask them, they do it their way and it looks completely different from what you asked for. I got highlights and the lady rushed through the service and didn’t do a good job. Also the price was expensive for the quality of work she did."
