"5 stars for Darlene! Darlene has taken care of my hair for the past 5-6yrs- she was referred to me by another location that royally messed up my (at the time blonde) hair, and I requested the best in order to make up for it. Darlene came to the rescue with my color at the time (something that was not even achieved at an independent salon that charged 2x as much) and has pulled out all the stops on my cuts ever since. Aside from her technical skills, Darlene is incredibly personable and leaves you feeling special and cared about. I'm consistently amazed by how she remembers details of my life (even tho I only go 2-3x/yr) and follows up on them each visit, yet also has discretion here as well. Absolutely not a requirement/expectation from a hairstylist, yet noteworthy. I've never trusted anyone with my hair prior to her, so perhaps that royal mess up was for the best!"

"I’m from NC & I got an email saying one of your customers or employees apparently tried using my child support card for a $100 purchase. It tried twice. I’ve never been to NY or know anyone from there. I had to google what this place was. You should do better at checking identification before accepting anyone’s cards. Luckily it declined. The card is now reported stolen. Sorry for the bad review. Somebody almost ruined y’all..thanks for reading!"
"Kayla is so personable and professional! I haven't had my hair cut in a salon in years and she made me feel so comfortable when I was extremely nervous! My hair came out great and she did exactly as I asked! Thank you so much Kayla!! Heather was very nice when checking me in too! Great place and I will definitely be back!!"
