"My wife went to this clinic in February 2023, she paid cash for her treatment because the clinic personnel said that the insurance didn’t cover her treatment. But they still try to change the insurance company. After paying $600.00 for the full treatment, they are still charging her extra money for a treatment that did not help her at all."

"Was excited to finally find a female doctor to do the procedure, unfortunately the wait for initial appointment was 2 hours wait! Secondly manager Melvyn, who schedules appoints don’t really know what he was doing, they cancel appointments that dr Zhang Made and reschedule without the patient knowing and it’s a 2 month wait even after the insurance approves the varicose procedure! Don’t waste your time with this place if you need to get your veins fixed! Better go to New York presbyterian who knows what they are doing, and gives sooner appointments."
