"Rude receptionist! Poor office policies! Lack of care for patients from support staff! Dr. Nichols is great but it’s a shame patients have to deal with poor service to get care. Left Practice but still getting billed for an appointment I tried to cancel 3 times… $75 is unreasonable for a missed appointment."

"If you looking for a doctors office full of incompetence and malpractice this is the place for you. I’ve been a patient for 5+ years, within these 5 years they have almost killed me by giving me the incorrect dosage of allergy shots then attempted to cover it up by administering a high concentration of ibuprofen instead of a dosage of epinephrine(this would require an emergency room visit) , this resulted in me having a massive full body rash along with other less serious side effects. Should’ve sued for malpractice hope others with similar problems do. Beyond the near death experience, incompetence shines at this place. Even needing a rescue inhaler refill took 2 days because it’s very clear that the different departments have difficulty communicating. This problem occurred due to a 50 dollar balance that I was trying to work out with a manager who was supposed to give me a call in order to clear this up but never did. These people do not care about any of their patients, no matter the past everyone that goes here is just another cog in the wheel OVERALL THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE STAY AWAY EXCEPT THE ROSENDALE LOCATION THAT ONES GREAT"
