"A man was having a heart attack and dying in front of Deisings in the middle of Front st, about 200’ away from KHP. A firefighter who was passing by yelled for an AED as he performed CPR, a woman ran to Kingston Health Pavilion amongst all the places people ran to find one. KHP was the only nearby building with one but said they didn’t want to risk liability and wouldn’t allow her to take the AED. While she went to KHP, I went to Quest Diagnostics at the same time and the nurses there dropped what they were doing to run and try to lend a hand to the Firefighter. Praying for the man and hopefully he survived the few additional minutes it took for the fire truck to arrive with one."
