"I've had an MRI before, so I knew what to expect as far as the sounds it makes. I can't help but think of electronic music and keyboard sounds from the likes of Keith Emerson and sounds from the album Dark Side of the Moon, so when they asked me what music I'd like to listen to, I was so surprised, but I quickly asked for those two. They put comfortable headphones on, and I'm telling you, it made such a positive difference, and the music synced up beautifully, as I knew it would! I actually couldn't stop smiling, it was so cool."

"I came to your facility yesterday, 12/12/23, for a CT scan. I have been there many times over the years. Every time I come in I am always struck by the sense of ease I feel at a normally stressful time. From the receptionist, to the nurse who checks you in, to the radiologist who performs the scan, I was met with kindness, caring, compassion and empathy. In a world short on kindness and a usually overworked medical community, you have always made me feel well taken care of. "I have all of my radiology testing done here. The staff is always pleasant. I needed to move a catscan appt sooner than 1 wk for some very painful lumps, I couldn't endure waiting another week. The scheduler who assisted me was so kind, so patient, and so helpful. She asked permission to have me seen that same day after work. I wish I'd gotten her name. I've always had nothing but great experiences there, which is why I don't go anywhere else. They even have evening hours for people who work during the day."
