"2 hours for something that could have been done in 30 minutes if the "doctor's" were actually attentive and efficient. Disappointing that this is the only facility in Kingston otherwise we would have gone somewhere else. Also, the ac does not need to be at 60 degrees, froze in there for 2 hours."
