"Social worker should be reevaluated for her job position! Since my husband has been there, I’ve been his social worker along side our family doctor. She has never met him but seems to have notes on him monthly! We had a meeting in regards to this and nothing has changed! There also hasn’t been a follow up as well, there are services that needs to still be in place aside from what I’ve already done. Her reasoning still remains the same. She can’t get fired because her supervisor has a ph.d and this isn’t her location! My spouse needs a new social worker that actually knows their stuff and does the work, if this is how she is with my spouse I wonder how she is with everyone else and I’m there for ALL his visit and have only missed two!"
"Good center very clean . My main concern is there covid protocol, they have all covid patients with regular patients and only one room to isolate. Staff can be sometimes not understanding of life issues, the staff that that are concern such as Hilda, Terry an a few are very helpful an make you comfortable . Other make you feel like it a machine no feelings. It's very hard to speak to who need to speak to when you go there .doctor is s very good person. Show care ."
"DO NOT admit your loved ones or yourself to this dialysis center. I've never had such an unprofessional conversation with a healthcare facility in my life. My mom was a potential patient that I wanted to transfer here. The initial conversation with the social worker was pleasant, as was the conversation with the nurse manager. However, every time I called the receptionist, she was unhelpful, unknowledgable outside of transferring to someone else, and didn't seem to know how to do her job. Today, I had to call multiple times to try and reach someone to confirm an in-person interview/tour of the facility. I was insistent because I had to setup a transportation appointment for my mother, and you need at least 2 days in advance to do so. No one was calling me back. The nurse manager completely changed her character the next time I spoke to her--instead of calling me back after our initial conversation, she blamed ME for not calling her (even though I never got her number; no one gives out their extensions it seems--you have to go through the receptionist each time)--she originally said, more than once, that she would call us the next day at 11 AM, but when I eventually called a couple days later, she blamed me and said I was supposed to call her. She took no responsibility. When trying to explain my frustration, she spoke over me, interrupted me, and refused to listen to what I had to say. What kind of supervisor or manager doesn't listen to a complaint from a patient or family member? That's customer service 101. I don't think I've ever been Gaslighted by a health facility before--she tried to make it seem like I was some kind of off-the-handle family member who called 100x in a row when in reality I called a few times to try and reach someone because I had to setup transportation, and after 4 hours no one was calling me back! In the end, I told her to forget transferring my mother over. DO NOT put yourself through the aggravation. If this is how they treat the family of patients who are trying to 1) setup a visit 2) setup transportation or 3) connect with someone who can help, imagine how they treat their patients. Or imagine trying to get in touch with a member of their staff with an important question, concern, or update."
"When you cAll to speak to management they are rude and will not put you through always tell you they are not there. The way they answer the phone is so unprofessional"
